To increase program production and improve the working environment for our collaborators, we aim to strengthen our team. Currently, only two editors work full-time. We also need to improve salary for each one of our current team members (lots of them have basic salary already).
With additional funding, we would be able to:
- employ more full-time staff
- increase the number of external collaborators
- expand the quantity and quality of our programming, also making a new program
